Rules and Regulations
Please be aware there is a large black 'park cat' on the premises. He roams the park freely
and helps keep the mouse population under control. He likes to visit but please
do not pet him, pick him up or allow him in your RV. Thanks for understanding.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH - INCLUDING BICYCLES, GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS & SKATEBOARDS.
Please watch for children. All motor vehicles operated by licensed drivers only.
Sites & Parking: Please do not park any vehicle, or part of a vehicle
(including your RV) on or over the grass, on the streets (except in a designated
parking space) or in an empty RV space. If you are in a back-in site, please
do not let the back of your unit hang over the grass. RV pads need to be kept clean of clutter and
junk. Please respect other campers by not walking through their site. Do
not place rugs or mats on grass. No clothesline allowed. Please use our 24 hour
laundry facility. Please do not hang anything from the trees. No tenting is
allowed at the sites. Sewer connections must be sealed. Thank You
Check-out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you are thinking
of extending your stay, please check at the Office early, before 10:00 AM, as an
incoming guest may have reserved your site and special arrangements will be necessary
to extend your stay. Check-in time is 12:00 Noon.
Vehicles: Only one RV unit and one tow vehicle per site is allowed. Extra
vehicles must be registered at the office and parked in the overflow parking areas
designated on the map.
PET POLICY
- Pets are to be kept leashed at all times. Maximum leash length is 6 feet.
- Please keep expandable leashes to a 6 foot length.
- You must keep pets quiet so guests are not disturbed.
- Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time.
- No pets are allowed on the golf course at any time.
- Do not let your pets enter other people's sites unless invited.
- Walk your dog in designated areas only. You must clean up after your pet.
Violators may be asked to leave the park without refund.
- The large "Pet Run Area" south of the office and mobile homes is an off-leash area.
Please walk your leashed pet up the road to the pet run area. Please do not
walk your dog through the mobile home park yards or through the tent camping area.
- Aggressive barking or aggressive behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED IN the PLAYGROUND and POOL areas.
- Failure to observe the pet policy will result in eviction without refund.
Guests/Visitors: All visitors MUST check in at office, receive parking instructions
and a visitor's pass. Visitors are allowed as a courtesy but do not have swimming
pool, hot tub, shower or recreational facility privileges until they pay a use fee.
Overnight visitors must register as a camper and pay the overnight guest fee.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM.
Children: Let your children have fun. However, we require that you supervise
your children and be responsible for their safety. CHILDREN UNDER 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED
BY AN ADULT IN RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS, STORE AREA, POOL, PLAYGROUND AND PICKLEBALL
COURT.
Personal Conduct: Excessive noise, public disturbances, or disorderly conduct
will not be tollerated at any time and will result in eviction from the Park without
a refund.
Vehicle Washing: Car/RV washing permitted for a fee. Please check with the
office please before washing your RV or tow vehicle. Hoses with spray nozzles
are required (no open hoses), and please use biodegradable soap. Washing permits
may be restricted due to water shortages.
Bicycles: Bicycles, scooters and skateboards must be ridden slowly
and stay in the roadways. No racing. No riding after dark. Observe the 5 mph speed
limit.
Pool (heated) & Hot Tub: Open Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting)
10:00 AM to dusk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under
14 MUST be accompanied by an adult - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No diving
- No jumping
- No horseplay
- Appropriate pool attire must be worn
- Please read and obey all posted safety and health related signs
Enjoy the pool safely and at your own risk.
Activities:
- Social Hour: Join your hosts and fellow campers every evening (weather
permitting) for conversation and fellowship. Bring the beverage of your choice and
a lawn chair. Check with office for time and location.
- Cookouts/Breakfasts: Holiday BBQ's and breakfasts are scheduled
once a month throughout the summer. Check with the office for dates.
- Golf & Bowling: Join your fellow Eagle Nesters in these weekly
activities. Check with the office for details.
- Pickleball: This is a fun activity for all ages. Paddles and balls
are available to rent in the office. Friends of registered guests must pay a day
use fee to play. Tennis shoes are required.
- Rec Room: The rec room is opened upon request. There is a pool
table and foosball table available.
Restroom/Showers: Open 24 hours, except for posted cleaning hours.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please help
us keep the bathrooms and grounds clean by leaving them as you would like to find
them. Closed for cleaning 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in any Park building. Please dispose of cigarette/cigar
butts in a proper receptacle and not on the ground.
Trash: Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash
bags/cans at your site.
Laundry: Laundry facilities are open 24 hours. Please, no clothes lines.
Do not hang anything from the trees.
Mail: Mail forwarding to the park is permitted. Our address is 35800 Eagle
Nest Dr., Polson, MT 59860. When mail is received, your name will be listed on the
white board on the front of the office building. At the end of your stay, please
make arrangements to have your mail forwarded to your next location. Address labels
are required.
Sprinklers: Lawns will be watered daily and usually between 11PM to 6AM.
Items that could be damaged by sprinkling should not be left out. Please do not
water your own lawn. If the grass gets dry, please inform the office.
Lawn Maintenance: The grass around your site is mowed on a 6 day schedule.
Please remove any items (lawn ornaments, satellite dish, pet stakes, etc.) from
the grass on those days. If anything is left on the grass, the host will remove,
but not replace it. All picnic tables must either be on the concrete patio or on
the gravel pad. Picnic tables found on the grass will be removed from the site.
If you would like your picnic table removed, please notify the office.
Camp hosts: The assigned camp hosts are on duty 24/7. If the office is not
open, after hours assistance is posted at the office. Please feel free to stop any
host for assistance of any kind. Also, make us aware of any rule violators or park
conditions needing our attention or repair.
Absolutely No Refunds
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money or valuables.
We reserve the right to evict (without refund) for any infraction of the regulations.
