The park will close October 15, 2020 and will reopen May 1, 2021. Reservations are taken during the winter months by either leaving us a voice mail or completing a reservation request. During our off-season, telephone calls will be returned within 48 hours. Reservations are not confirmed until we contact you to obtain a credit card for a deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is between 1 PM and 7 PM. You must arrive prior to 7 PM, please plan accordingly. We absolutely DO NOT park anyone after dark. Check out time is 11 AM, no late check outs allowed.

Do you guarantee sites?

 We do not guarantee sites but we do our best to accommodate. Those staying with us longer have preference.

What are your Cancellation Policies?

Nightly Reservations (1-6 days)

  • If cancellation request is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be credited with the deposit fee less a $30 cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation request is made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure.
  • No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions - there are some things over which we have NO control. If we are open the cancelation policy applies.
  • Effective during the 4th of July holiday, a three night stay is required with a three night deposit which is nonrefundable.
  • A NO-CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION BEING FORFEITED.
  • Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).

Weekly Reservations (7-29 days)

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • For 1 week stays (7-13 days), $75 will be refunded.
  • For 2 week stays (14-20 days),  $75 for the 1st week and $125 for the 2nd week will be refunded. 
  • For 3 week stays (21-29 days), $75 for the 1st week, and $125 for week 2 and 3 will be refunded.
  • If cancellation request is made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure.
  • No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions - there are some things over which we have NO control. If we are open the cancellation policy applies.
  • Effective during the 4th of July holiday there is a $200 weekly deposit which is nonrefundable. 
  • A NO-CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION BEING FORFEITED.
  • Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).

Monthly Reservations

  • If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a $100 refund. If you cancel or shorten your stay within 30 days of your arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited. A no-show and/or no-call is a forfeit of deposit and loss of reservation.
  • For reservations that involve multiple months a $100 refund for the 1st month and a $175 refund for any month after will be issued. Cancellation requests need to be received 30 days prior to check in.

Do you rent any of your facilities (pavilion, rec room, pickleball courts?) to private parties?

 We do not rent out any of our facilities for use by non-registered guests. Our facilities are strictly for those staying with Eagle Nest RV Resort.

What are your pet policies?

No more than three dogs allowed per site. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated and will result in termination of stay without a refund. Dog fees are $0.50/dog/night or $12.00/month.

I have family coming to visit, what must they do?

All visitors MUST check in at the office, receive parking instructions and a visitors pass. Visitors are allowed as a courtesy, but do not have swimming, shower, or Pickleball privileges until they pay a $3.00/day use fee and sign a waiver. Overnight visitors must register as a camper and pay a $3.00/ night fee.

Do you have fire pits?

We do not have fire rings nor do we allow wood campfires. Propane campfires are permitted only in approved self contained propane fire pits. The stove must be kept on the gravel or cement. They are not allowed on the grass at any time.

Guests are responsible for any injury or property damage. Eagle Nest RV Resort assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries or damages incurred.
